At Primal, we believe in the transformative power of the mind-body connection to heal and foster well-being. With this vision, we created Primal Retreats, single and multi-day experiences that envelop you in the beauty of nature. It offers physical challenges, breath work, adventure hikes, and hot and cold therapy, providing a sacred space to connect, share, and evolve alongside fellow men.

Location: A gorgeous 32-acre space in King City, ON

9:30 AM – Arrival & Grounding
→Step onto the land. Drop into presence. Prepare to disconnect from the noise.

10:00 AM – Opening Circle: The Call to Presence
→Set your intention. Speak your truth. Align with the mission.

11:00 AM – Primal Movement: Strength & Breath in Nature
→Train the body. Awaken your fire. Move with purpose.

12:00 PM – Deep Breathwork + Live Sound Immersion
→Go within. Release what you’ve been holding. Let it move through you.

1:00 PM – Refuel: Warrior Snack Break
→Nourishment to sustain the journey.

1:15 PM – Silent Forest Walk: The Path Within
→Move through the trees in silence. Breathe with the land. Listen.

1:30 PM – The Primal Elements: Heat, Ice & Fire
→Sauna. Ice Plunge. Fire. Test your edge. Reclaim your resilience.

3:30 PM – Brotherhood Meal + Fire Stories
→Break bread. Share your truth. Be seen and heard around the flame.

4:30 PM – Closing Circle in the Teepee
→Anchor the transformation. Speak your final words. Carry the medicine home.

🧭 What to Bring to the Primal Men’s Retreat

•⁠ ⁠Water Vessel – Stay hydrated; we’ll have fresh, filtered water on-site.

•⁠ ⁠Bathing Suit – For the ice plunge and sweat lodge sessions.

•⁠ ⁠Towel – You’ll need it after fire, sweat, and cold immersion.

•⁠ ⁠Forest-Ready Footwear – Trail shoes or go barefoot if you’re called to ground deep.
